Product Features

Safety features:

• On/off Kinks reduce the risk of getting caught up while coming on the rail or box.
• Side skirting creates a smooth surface between leg supports which helps prevent users from getting caught up between legs of the feature.  This significantly reduces the risk of user injury.
• Capped ends eliminate pinch points on the rail and leave a sleek and clean finish.  They are water tight to seal off the inside of the rail from the elements which when caught in the feature would rust it from the inside.  
• All potential pinch points are ground down flush to create an extremely smooth exterior finish.

Other features:  

• UV and shatter resistant poly top sliding surface that slides great and will last.
• Wall thickness on all boxes and rails of 1/8” or greater.  Our goal is to optimize the strength to weight ratio so that the feature is lightweight and easy to transport but strong enough so that it will not bend or twist when put under the stress of riders or transportation.
• All heights, angles, lengths and widths are custom modified while working with the customer to create a rail or box which will satisfy the user’s needs and will make the safest and most user friendly feature.

Residential Shipping:

Our shipping service is provided by YRC trucking. We can ship straight to your door quickly and easily. Simply send your zipe code for a shipping price quote.

Commercial Shipping:

If you are located within 100 miles of Burlington, VT we can provide shippment by trailer for features which are under 20' in length. For bulk orders or those containing objects longer than 20' Shipment by truck is necessary and can be arranged. Free pick up from our shop is always available and can be scheduled when your order is placed. We are also willing to negotiate longer distance shipping for large orders.
